AutoCAD Design Suite 2019

We have recently installed AUtoCAD Design Suite 2019 Serialno/Key xxx-xxxxxxxx / 767K1 all works well except for 3D Max Interactive. Is there a different license file that we should be using?? Need to get this installed ASAP.

no you should using your suite serial number/product key

what error are you getting?
