well i have problem with autocad i write the product key which is 001I1 and the programm says only alphanumeric what does it mean the only product key that i have is 0001I1 but the serial number was wright

If you go to manage.autodesk.com and sign in to your account, you can get the keys from there.

Just a thought- perhaps one of the "zeros" you are entering should be an uppercase "O"- typically there is a letter mixed in with the numbers in the Product Key....

001L1 is the product key for AutoCAD 2020. "Zero zero one el one".

001I1 (where the letter between the two 1s is a capital I for Indigo, not a small L) is the product key for AutoCAD 2017.

They go alphabetically, 001I1 for 2017, 001J1 for 2018, 001K1 for 2019 etc.

If you are trying to paste the key after copying from somewhere, try just entering it manually from your keyboard instead - sometimes the format is not recognised, e.g. the Turkish dotless ı letter is not the same as the English I, and so on.
