AutoCAD 2024 request code to activate

Good day to everyone,

I bought from a fisical reteailer a subscription for AutoCAD 2024. They gave me two codes to activate it and the guide to follow.

I started to activate it, but then a prompt says "this code is unregistred, keep following this to register the product key". Keeping going onward, but at one point all the process stops because it ask me to put the "REQUEST CODE".

I searched all over the internet, tried many things but didn't find any solution, also contacted the support, but they simigly doesn't understand the problem.

I searched also in forums but only few people seems to same problem of mine.

Also tried yet the offline activation, but doesn't continue without internet.

If you didn’t buy the subscription from an Autodesk authorized reseller then you got cheated
