AutoCAD 2023 run error: "pm16.dll" Module Not Found

Hello everybody,

today I try to install and run new AutoCAD 2023 app. When i try run the installed app i have error wchich is schowed in attached screenschoot. On the same device I have AutoCAD 2022 app and it works fine. I have already installed AC2023 on two other devices and they work fine. 

I try to reinstall this many times and install with different instalation and download options. I also tried instruction form this topic: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fatal-...

but the error still exist.

I hope you can help me.

Honestly, if you haven't at this point, I'd probably do a Windows Repair or reinstall .. something deep is probably causing this

I have not been able to fix the problem. You are probably right that it is something deeper however, I don't want to reinstall Windows right now. I'm working on AutoCAD 2022 and that will have to suffice for me for now.

Also, you're still getting the same issue?

Are you using a deployment  for Windows and the Autodesk software?

Reinstalling C++ worked for me. I noticed that I had c++ 2015-2019 installed and that was replaced with latest version, which is 2015-2022. No reinstalling, no rebooting, it worked instantly.

Everyone I've been helping has been able to resolve it with the C++ / NET's.

Wondering if you have something getting added outside of Autodesk products @d.nykiel  that could be causing this.

Also, if not, have you reached out Autodesk about letting maybe someone remote in and see what's going on?

Today, I have try to install AutoCAD 2023 (English) and it is finally work!

I didn't change anything, just try one more time and now there is no other problmes.
