Autocad 2020 license error

Hello,

I am hoping that you guys can point me in the right direction. Our school has the license for Autocad 2020, Inventor 2020, Architecture 2020, and Revit 2020. I installed the new network license manager for 2020 version and are using the new license file for 2020. But, when I launch Autocad 2020, a sign in window appears, when I clicked to close the window, an error message popped up: "License Error: The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. AutoCAD will shut down now." Please see attached for screenshot of the error.

I only received this error with AutoCAD 2020. Architecture, Revit, and Inventor opens just fine without any issues.

Thank you so much for your help, please let me know if you have any questions or need me to clarify anything.

Thank you,

Nhan

Thank you for the quick reply. I have tried the steps in the link provided but still no luck.

What I am curious about is, why I only received this error with AutoCAD? As I said, I have installed Inventor, Architecture, and Revit and they all opened without any issues. They all point to the same license server using the same license file, so why AutoCAD is the only one that's failing?

If you guys have other suggestions, please let me know.

Thank you,

Nhan

There is an update available for the Autodesk Licensing Manager Service available:

>licensing manager update<

Maybe give that a try?

Thanks guys for all help. I decided to uninstall and recreate the installer and started from scratch and it seems to be working. Not sure what was different from what I did before but I am just happy that it works now. Thanks again.
