Autocad 2018 student license not activating

I have recently updated my status as a student in university, after the updated terms of downloading and licensing. I have received mail feedback, that I have been confirmed as a student user. My license is set to expire in 4 days, and it shows me that every time I start up Autocad programme, despite me updating my license and even pressing 'Activate' in the 'License expiration' pop-up window. When I press 'Activate', meaning it will activate product via connecting to my autodesk account, I do receive mail that my product has been activated, however, when I close and start Autocad again, the pop-up window is there again and still counting down to my license expiring in (now) less than 4 days.

Didnt mean to. I think moderators moved my question from other forums to here. I still cant get an answer, I just get juggled between 3 forums

Hi @tim.kocjANCIC,

Provided you can use AutoCAD once activated (even if not staying activated) if you click on your username in the top right corner and click on Manage License, then expand, you should see the expiration date. If the expiration date is near then you need to request a new license for a newer version.
