AutoCAD 2015 LT, cannot add users to subscription account

Hi,

Having just subscribed to AutoCAD 2015 LT I have downloaded the installation files and installed on my PC. I have logged in to the online account manager and tried adding all of the users that require the software.

When adding a user, no user names or details get added to the list that I guess need to be there for me to give authorisation to.

AutoCAD 2015 LT when starting it, just hangs at the unauthorised acced page and asking me for a different serial number or profile login.

I have 6 users waiting to use this software, cannot see any form of telephone support for users. Compared to the Solidworks software we use, I am seeing a definate downside to implementing AutoCAD and beginning to wish I hadn't.

I have apparently lodged a support case, but still waiting to have any sort of correspondence that can offer help.

Maybe I should start to look into the 30 day refund policy!

Yes. I checked. You have case logged and it is being reviewed. Someone should be in touch later today through this case. You should have recevied a system generated email with your case number in it. If you reply to that email, it will filter and connect through our system.

I am not sure why you are experiencing this currently, if it is a setting on our side or yours. While it is being reviewed by the proper group, if you have not yet tried, I would use a different web browser, just to eliminate that as being the issue.

Thank you for taking part in our community!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, I have tried a different browser and clearing by
browser cookies etc, to no avail.

I have now received a case email reference so hopefully we can get this
resolved soon.

Thanks.

Hi Pacepacker,

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue as you.  Must be an Autodesk problem?  Very frustrating!

Can you tell me, if you were able to rectify this issue, what was done to fix the problem.  Any help would be great.  I've placed a request to the support (at least I think I did .... it's a bit hard to know with their support), but have not received a response yet.  I have a pile of drawings that are growing hotter by the minute as I wait, so any help you may be able to provide would be fantastic.

Thanks

Hi Darren,

We have been using AutoCAD LT for some time now under the subscription method and our issues were resolved quickly at the time. I believe some of the issues were that we did not have all of the AutoCAD LT components fully up to date. It would be worth making sure that AutoCAD LT, 360 and the update manager are all up to date, then try adding users.

Sorry I can't be more help, our issue was some time ago and hasn't occurred again since.

Paul.

Thanks very much for the prompt response Paul.

I tried updating all software on my machine with no change to the errors that are coming up.  I will wait for a reponse from the support group.  Hopefully I have a similar experience to yourself.

Cheers,

Darren.

Hi,

If you contact the Autodesk customer support team, they will be able to
advise what to do.

Sorry it was a long time ago and I cannot recall exactly how it was
rectified.
