I am trying to install v 2016 in a new laptop (Win 10) - the old computer died. The installation fails about 70% of the way through. Can anyone help?

Sorry, it's 2016 - the 2015 in the title was a typo I missed.
went to a cable internet connection and turned off firewall. Installation complete.
