AutoCAD 2011 License

Hello,

We have a "free" AutoCAD 2011 license due to an employee retirement. Is there still a download available for this version? Would it be possible to use this as AutoCAD Electrical, ie add the electrical features? I have to ask, since we cannot justify the subscription cost at all for this particular application.

You can't use AutoCAD Electrical functions with having AutoCAD.  AutoCAD Electrical is a different vertical product and requires a license for it. 

Can you clarify your statement of "We have a "free" AutoCAD 2011 license due to an employee retirement."   What do you mean by this?

I am new to this so assumed that the electrical functions were available for the 2011 version like the current subscription one. What I meant by "free" was free to be transferred since it is owned by the company. This may bring up further discussion regarding my assumptions but it is all moot now, obtaining the electrical functions was the whole point. Thanks for your help, as I can now look for other solutions.
