No, it is for one of my resellers

I don't think there customer has it installed.

What issue are they trying to solve? AFAIK there is no public document posted for that (or not one I could easily find just now).

The customer is just trying to resolved a compliance issue at the moment and needs the file.

No, they got rid of it.

They are currently running the latest version so there was no need for it until now!

You need the media.. However you can go here but its not going to have 2004 information.. That's 13/14 years old.
