AutoCAD 2002 Issue.

Hi, recently i just reformat my pc. After i reinstall AutoCAD 2002, im facing some problem.

Please refer to the attached images for reference.

And do you have now the same operating system as before?

If yes, it should work, if no it might then be a problem that the licensing system does not work with the newer os.

But there are already a lot of posts with this errors >>>here<<< with a lot of suggestions, let's know which one you tried and which one worked or not (and what happend).

From XP to Windows 7. i saw alot of post said that Windows 7 not suppoprt AutoCAD 2002. is there any solution to fix this issue?

Well, that's the reason I guess.

I don't think so and I would not play to much with that.

What you can do is to:

• install something like >>>VmWare<<< (free for private use) or >>>VirtualBox<<< (free commercial and private) to get a virtual system running based on XP and install your AutoCAD in that system.
• look for alternatives (e.g. DraftSight or others), the free alternatives which are currently available will even have more functionality compared to your (really old) release 2002.

Like Alfred said, use VMWare or Virtual box then install XP. Another alternative is to install XP Mode on your Windows 7 machine which is essentially the same thing as having VMware or virtual box, but you don't need to install Windows XP afterwards because it's there by default.
