auto cad trial don't work?

Hi

I installed the 2018 AutoCad trial but can't use it. When I open the program the let's get started page will not give a trial option and  I don't have a serial number  . When I sign in it says my trial period has ende and that I need to subscribe. Can anyone help please?

Does the trial appear in: https://manage.autodesk.com

Look in your Account manager:

https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/

Do you see your serial number or a message that says No Serial Number needed, just sign it

thanks it's solved..I noticed I can select enter serial number and then run the application..
