There's no more Application Manager in 2017.. Its been replaced with the Autodesk Desktop Application.. Do you see that in your statis tray?
But I'm with @TravisNave.. I manually monitor updates and download via the related Autodesk site.

Ah, it is named differently. I didn't even notice. But now that I'm thinking about it, I am going to uninstall it. Thanks Mark.
