Hi @ all,

since month it is no longer possible for us to start DWGTrueView. Every time we get an error message that the application could not be started correctly. The error occurred in version 2018 (64bit) so we installed version 2019. Unfortunately the problem still exists.
Can anyone help us here? What is the cause of the error? How can we fix it?
Uninstalling, reinstalling, updating to version 2019 were all unsuccessful.

This points to a couple of issues.

 

1.  Your Windows interface is missing crucial updates.

Dear Mr. Lancaster,

we cleaned the system from all C++ installations, ran Windows Update, uninstalled DWG TrueView but unfortunately without result. Do you know any other reasons that could cause the problem? Is there a way to debug the program start?
