Alias autostudio 2018 not running

Hi, I have a problem with Alias ​​Autostudio 2018. After installing it several times and also trying previous versions, i try start the program, open the startup screen and instantly close it. I don't know how to solve the problem. I have a student license.

What operating system are you trying to install this on Windows 10? Also what method of download did you use?  If this is a new operating system you should conduct the steps below. 

1. Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software 
2. Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website (Assign the correct Graphics Card - Step #8)   
3. Temporarily disable UAC on  Windows 7 or Windows 10 
4. Open Component Services  go to COM server & enable

I use Windows 10 with a student license. I have an Intel Core I7 @ 2.9 Ghz with 16 gb of ram and a Gforce 960m video card. I think I have a problem with the licenses. When I open the program, the screen opens (the "evaluating license" appears in the lower left) and then close immediately. I've tried things that you've linked to me without results.

Ps: From the Autodesk Desktop App App after installing the updates, I saw the possibility of starting the program. After clicking started it started but clicking the desktop icon does not start.

Can you please launch/start Alias Autodesk 2018 & check your Event Viewer to see what errors you receive. Please provide a screen shot & search the error/s.

I solved the problem, restarting the pc and reinstalling Alias ​​Autostudio 2018, using another Wi-Fi. Now it works perfectly. The problem is that I had saved more copies of my User Data (with all my university projects made with Alias ​​Automotive 2014) on external memory and pen drive. But now it's like it was connected to Alias ​​2018's new user date, and I no longer have my files on my pen drive and on external memory. How can I retrieve all my files that were in my old User Data?I think that installing Alias ​​has overwritten the files in the User Data folder.

Do you back up files, did you delete all these? You say you have a thumb drive, are the files on the drive?
