After activation code enter I get a new request code to activate Land Desktop

When I enter the activation code and hit the finished button the program goes back to the activation screen and there is a new request code. I am using windows 10 and the software was working fine until I got a new computer. Now I am stuck. Any help on the problem. I think it was to does with the windows installation.

Land Desktop??? That is no longer a valid supported product. You will not
be able to get this properly working on Windows 10. Only 2016 and newer
products are supported. Sorry.

Travis is correct regarding Land Desktop is no longer supported. Definitely not on Windows 10.

The issue you're having is not with Windows 10, but more so with the license either being upgraded or cross-graded to something else (most likely Civil 3D).

Check with your contract manager or reseller to see if the serial number you're using is still valid, if not you'll need to uninstall LD and install whatever it was replaced with.

However, if you own LD and never upgraded or maintain subscription on the contract, then you should install LD on Windows XP or maybe Windows 7 because the drive formatting for Windows 10 will cause loads of issues because LD was written mostly to run on Fat32 which Windows 10 doesn't use.
