AEC 2021 Cloud install/deploy methods?

We are moving to AEC 2021 products soon. Our IT and reseller have informed me that we will no longer be able to create a deployment for our users because we are moving to cloud subscription.

I have yet to meet with the reseller about this because I wanted to see for myself what the autodesk's recommended method of streamlining installs was going to be moving forward. AKA I didn't want to blindly take our reseller's word as the gospel.

When I looked into this myself, I'm still seeing most admins are doing deployments for 2021 products. I understand that this may be applicable for network users and because most of our users are working from home still we have to look into alternative methods; although I was under the impression initially that cloud installs were going to be the norm.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks Darren.

Our reseller is recommending we don't use deployments even though it's still available for 2021 products. I've got a call with them next week to go over what workarounds they're suggesting. 

I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling about this.
