I get the "Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product" when trying to launch.  It appears I am unable to add users to my subscription.  Under User Access I click "Add User" and put in the info, but the wheel just spins.  Is there curretnly an issue with this?

It looks like you’re receiving an error: "Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product". This error occurs due to not have permissions assigned. The following articles should help you resolve the problem:

This doesn't help.  I was the purchaser and should have been automatically authorized I thought.  And now I'm unable to add users to assign permissions.

When did you purchase this software?  Are you 100% sure you are the contract administrator for your purchased/account?

Well, I purchased earlier today with my personal email and account I set up today.  I'm not sure who else the administrator could be as its my personal (single seat) subscription.  It installed fine, and actually worked fine the first time I opened it.  Now I can't use it myself!

As far as I know it can take up to 24 hours to sync your account with everything.   I would recommend waiting until tomorrow and try again.  Meaning the software should get sync with your Autodesk ID..

 

But I'm also assuming you are using the same ID accessing the software as you did when you purchased it.  Another thing to try if not already.. Use your email address that is linked to your ID as the log in name.

When I checked the next day my name was already added as the user.  Thanks for you help.
