Hi,

In my society, we change domain and user.

On a computer, the licence of Autocad Map 2015 is expired.

I have no access to internet on this computer.

I use an other comuter and go to : https://registeronce.autodesk.com/pkmslogin.form

My ID/Password is not correct. I ask for a new password but it is the same when i enter the new password.

You mentioned you have a new domain & user. 

It seems you have not verified the license in 30days?   You can install the product for the new user, connect to the internet & activate the software. Take a look at Reactivating a Subscription License.
