Inventor is asking for a serial number to activate a trial version but I have a subscription number. What am I missing to get rid of the trial version that is causing a conflict?
Background info:
New user, new subscription purchased 3+ weeks ago.
Started with a trial first, decided to buy subscription within a few days
Uninstalled the trial version
Downloaded and installed the purchased version from the browser-based account (all programs section)
I am signed in, both in the program and browser
Browser shows my correct subscription
Program asking to activate, still says trial version in the fine print
~20 days left to activate, will only accept a serial number
