Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue and the delay. This appears to be a 0 users in your account problem. By default the contract manager should be assigned the product. Unfortunately a sync error occurred here causing this not to happen. I am going to submit a resync of your account. This can take up to 24 hours to take affect (usually much less). We have also escalated a case for you (12140746) and the team will follow up with you via email. Apologies for any inconvenience.
