Thank you very much, but i tried already this way. I have to complete my serial number, i fill that serial number that i used first but it doesn`t work.

What product are you trying to activate?

Is it subscription or perpetual?

If subscription then look to http://manage.autodesk.com/. Go to products and services then click on a product - if the app says 'sign in' then you have to use your Autodesk ID
