activation code

i'm trying to install autocad with the student license but i haven't received the mail with the serial number and i can't complete the installation. i don't know what to do.

previously, with another account i received the mail and tried to insert the code but the computer says that that code are in a wrong format.

Have you checked your spam/clutter folders for the email?

Two options:
- Setup by the offline method.
- Contact Autodesk by phone or another way to retrieve your other account.

Hi,

download a trial from Autodesk Virtual Agent >>>click<<<, this gives you 30 days time to get the serial number checked. You can then activate the trial and that's it.

ı downloaded the 3dmax sttudent version but ı did not want the activation code and activation code and  ı installed the program . the  student version works fine.the activation code came from my mail address,but how  do ı use this code. ?

At this point I have no clue if your student version of 3D Max is working or not.  You say its works fine but you end by asking how to use this code.  The email you received, was that the email that contained your serial # and product key or was it the activation code (a lot of characters) after your launched the application?
