Activation AutoCAD LT 2019

Hello Customer Support,

I have a user who used to have 2017 AutoCad LT.

She has downloaded the 2019 version and tried to put in the serial number to activate, but the "activate" button stays subdued. I got the email from AutoDesk saying she registered, but on her machine it won’t let her activate. She will be off traveling next week and I would like to get her up and running. Can you help?

This is not Autodesk Customer Support.  This is mainly a user based forum where users assist other users like yourself.  In addition..  Although the forum rules caught your serial # and "X" it out.. Never  share any sensitive information here such as email address, serial #, subscription account number, business address, and phone/cell #. This is a world wide peer to peer network and such items should not be posted here for security reasons.

Is your license based on single user subscription or a carried over perpetual license (with an active machinate plan)?   When was the last time you tried to activate?   There was an issue overnight and part of this morning where serial #s were not be recognized.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the "Let's Get Started" splash screen that appears. There should be a sign-in only option for standalone(single-user or multi-user) & a link below that allows you to use a serial number.

Thanks for reaching out. She uninstalled her entire AutoCAD application and rebooted. Cleared cache and re-downloaded from the AC site. She's still getting the same error. I sat there and watched her do it. I don't understand why it's only her computer, since 7 others downloaded the same thing and worked like a champ.

What error appears? Can you provide a screenshot? 

Is there something different about this computer's environment in comparison to the other computers? What OS or installed updates, applications or securities/limitations does it have? 

1. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall, UAC on your Windows operating system & any interfering software 
2. Whitelist the following, What URLs/Protocols Are Accessible for Subscription Licenses

As soon as she's available, we'll try the shutting off the antivirus and try to get her updated to the 2018 version. I'm dealing with highly mobile engineers, so sometimes it's like herding cats lol.

Please let us know if you have resolved this with the information provided or made a discovery. By chance have you taken a look at the Event Viewer logs to see if you have located any major errors.

autocad 2019 activation code
