activate Autocad after install

I had my hard drive replaced and re-installed AutoCAD LT 2018, but signing into my online account does not allow access to the program. So who do I contact to fix this?

you would have to contact Autodesk

or contact your reseller

What are you seeing when you try to activate it?

 

IF you go into manage.autodesk.com/all products and services do you see your LT product there?

Been at that link, just a bunch of other things to click on with no help about my issue.

The company I work for bought the program and can't locate the software box or information.

Either your company subscription manager or admins unassigned the benefit of using the software or you have a sync issue.  Do you know who in your company that manages users accounts for your subscription?
