Download the LGS.data file for your version of AutoCAD here:

https://mega.nz/#!mTxwySzB!zZvnMj1UVDNOGopOCDTaXlm4UslhJJwdIX84941md4U

The file will unzip and create a folder. Copy that folder into the following folder on your computer: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\

Open AutoCAD

Hi,

is that a question? Or what is the question?

Copying your licensing files to anyone else machine would not work (could damage that ones licensing system).

umm its a fix.

I saw some fixes here that enabling flex licensing in services in windows but that doesn't work.

I found out that the data in the LGS was just missing out that caused the error.. it is NOT my licensing file.

..and it also fixed my error. so im sharing it.

Its great that you want to provide a solution but the RAR tells me it's unknown format or its damaged.   But just because you have your AutoCAD license one-way doesn't mean everybody else has the same type of license.   So without seeing your LGS.data file or the information within this RAR its impossible to clarify if the provided information is correct.   Can you provide in zipped format?

Anyhow The first article in the linked article below describes how the LGS.data file needs to be properly formatted and where its located.

Its important that you first allow the software and the license type you have properly configure this information.  If you're still seeing the license manager is not properly installed this collection of articles https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/collection/the-license-manager-not-functioning-or-improperl... covers all the reason why it could be happening..
