3DS MAX install error

I am trying to download 3ds Max
However, the installation is disabled due to an installation error. Please tell me how to fix it.

Hi @Anonymous,

You can't install 3DS Max as it's already installed - look at the blue ribbon next to 3DS Max 2020 marking it as installed.

Use Microsoft Fixit and follow the uninstall steps.
