3DS Max Educational License

Hello, 

I am a Student at "Bildungszentrum für informationsverarbeitende Berufe eV" in Germany, i created a new Account and started the Download of the Educational Version of 3DS Max, which we use at school and should work for us. After the Download was finished i started Autodesk and wanted to activate my License but it said, that i only got the 30-Day Trial Verison. 

I didn´t recieve a E-Mail with my Serial number and also can´t find it in my Account Settings. 

Some of my Classmates had to specify our School name and date of Graduation during the Registration process they now don´t have the same problems as i do. 

I can´t specify my Settings now afterwards. 

I already wrote to the Support (Case 15892072) 

My Question now is, how can i change my settings and activate my License ?

Could it work if i Delete my Account and Data via the Option in the Profile Settings and do the Registration Process again with my current School Mail address which i use now on this Profile ?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

When you requested it, no matter what info you provided, you would've seen you assigned serial # on the screen.  Did you or was there a message stating we will email you with your license info?   Have you gone into manage.autodesk.com and log in using the info you used when you requested the software?   In addition there's not specific downloads for educational version, its the same for everybody..  Its the serial # or license info which activates it as student version.

I think there was no Message saying that i would recieve my license info. 

If i visit manage.autodesk.com i can´t see any products in my Profile nor a Serial number. 

As i said i think the problem might have occured because i didn´t specify my school and date of Graduation, so that Autodesk can be sure i really got Permisson for an Educational License. But now i can´t change  it anymore. Do you think deleting my Account & Data and creating a new one with the School specification Settings could work or won´t i be able to use the same Email as i use now ?

Just to confirm you went here https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max and selected to create new account?

Problem solved ! 

I had to use the Sign Out button on that Page (https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max) an then Sign In again, then the Option to select my school etc. occured. 

I got the Serial number and the License verificaton worked.
