Hello, I’m Federica I’m trying to install 3DS max 2017 (Educational version) but the program dosen’t work. The first time I tried to install it from Autodesk Virtual Agent (direct download link). I installed it successfully but it had worked just for a daytime. The following day when I tried to use it crashed after few seconds: the interface was open but I couldn’t click anywhere. uninstall the program, but a window appeared saying that in wasn’t possible. This morning I have reinstalled the program from Autodesk standard installer without having uninstalled the old program and another error has occurred (see photo below).
