You shouldn't really share information here such as email address, serial #, subscription account number, business address, and phone/cell #. This is a world wide peer to peer network and such items should not be posted here for security reasons.
The full MAC version of AutoCAD is not the same as the Windows version. Here's a comparison. Same with the LT version.. It doesn't have all the bells and whistle as the full version of AutoCAD but still has the necessary drawing tools.
Not sure what you mean reactivate your 2016 license... If you have a perpetual license and it was never on a maintenance plan or used to upgrade, than it will still be active.
In addition there's no release of AutoCAD for MAC 2018. The current release is 2017. Autodesk will release the 2018 version later on.
