2012 Activation key

Hi, I've sent last wednesday at '[email protected]' an activation number request for a 2012 standalone licence after updating my OS. I've done it  again friday, saturday and sunday... today is Monday and I've stil had no news and cannot work. The website says Autodesk delivers activation codes for that app until march 2021.
Any idea?

Why, what happens after you enterd your data incl. requestcode?

Can you share the screenshot of the message/the problem?

I enter the serial+request code found in the file ACD2012fr_FRRegInfo.html and connect to the internet befor seeing the screenshot capture

error 46 sounds you are running an unsupported OS like Win8.1 or Win10

In this case i will not longer support and invest my time (You should try to run AutoCAD in compatibility mode

Google compatibility+mode+autocad+win10

,and .Net  Versions and and and.. or use the right OS, or better: A newer version of AutoCAD

did most of it... even changed NetFramework to 4.5.0... did nothing new! still can activate the app.

howcome Autodesk does not respond... it's been 5 days since my first opened case. They do announce giving activation codes for Autocad 2012 up until march 2021!

Autodesk does not work on the weekends 🙂

Try again Monday after 10am Pacific time in the US after you check you are looking for a response at the correct email address and it id not end up in the SPAM or JUNK folders of your email software.
