2008 LT needs to be activated again

I have owned and used this program for many years but just recently it is requiring me to activate it. This requires the serial number from the packaging that I no longer have.

How can I regain use of my 2008 AutoCad LT?

What did you change on your PC? Win10 and Win8 are not supported, is that the secret you're not sharing?

No changes that I am aware of - I have been using Windows 10 for years
with no problem from LT until recently.

it's likely due to a Win10 update if it is not fixed with the instructions found HERE

Autodesk does not support your old software in Win10, neither does Microsoft, and because of that neither one will ever deliberately issue a fix. You've been running on pure luck this whole time.

These folks have free tips that work for many users, but if not, they sell a fix that works for everyone else in the same boat you are in http://www.longbowsoftware.com (I'm not affiliated with them, I just recognize a good fix when I see it).

Thanks for the follow up. I tried the fix "Resetting Subscription licenses for Windows" but could not find any of the files mentioned. At this point I am working with Longbow to see if that will be successful.
