I can not export files in 123d make
What happened ?
I can not even g ...
o to my works that I've kept in the cloud
Their site also does not exist
And no technical support.
please help me
It's terrible.
This is the most amazing software
And so sad to me that they gave up 123d make
And why did they erase the amazing community that was.
Please explain what to do?
How do I save and export files
And how do I get to the jobs I kept in the cloud
Thanks in advance.

The software died in December 2016, servers were permanently shut down April1 2017, we all got emails about the shut down back in November, December, then again in January/Feb/March. Not much you can do about it now, mid-May 2017.

Hello. Welcome to the community!  This app and others have been discontinued and their functions consolidated into other apps. I believe the equivalent is Fusion 360.

The servers were decommissioned in April.

Thanks for posting!

Hello everyone.
  And thanks to the responders
So I did download Fusion 360.
Which is an amazingly professional program whose options will take me more time to learn.
But as for my question...

I found a plugin for the software
Called--- slicer---
Which is a one-on-one copy of 123dmake.
And that's amazing.
This is exactly the same amazing software from that amazing company - Autodesk
So many thanks to the helpers.
And all those searching for the solution are the same as 123D  make
, It exists in a new name
  -slicer- for fusion360.
And I'm excited to go back and learn Fusion 360
And create lots more cool stuff with the plugins
And my new laser-cutting machine
A pleasant day for all readers.

Total wicked pisser isn't it?

Cloud equals captive.  Poof!  Gone!

Years back I asked an older engineer why he keeps everything on paper.  Because software disappears in the blink of an eye, taking your data with it, he said.
