Hey everyone,
I’ve been handling a few large-scale design projects lately, and one recurring challenge is managing the huge amount of simulation and rendering data. Cloud storage is convenient, but sometimes local performance and access speed matter a lot more—especially when working with energy models or detailed 3D visualizations.
I’ve been looking into ways to keep everything organized without spending too much on high-end setups. Has anyone here tried balancing between cloud sync and local drives? I’m considering upgrading to a more affordable hard drive option for backup and short-term data caching.
Would love to hear how others in the community handle large data workflows efficiently—any setups or best practices that have worked well for you?
Thanks in advance!
