Why does my energy analysis fails?

I am trying to define my location to generate my energy analitical model, however although I choose a wheather location near my coordenates, REVIT always see a error in this operation. The only time that I actually can run the program and saw the results in Autodesk Insight was when I define my location at Mexico, just to try a random location just to saw what would happen.

And now, it gave me that kind of error...

Can someone help me?
