"Failed to Upload Model to Cloud"

Dear all,

In an attempt to perform energy optimization using the Insight tool, I received the following error:

"Failed to Upload Model to Cloud

Enter an address or the geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude)"

The model I'm working on is a preliminary model, consisting of masses.

After processing the geometry, I defined the location (Rome), set the energy settings, and created the energy model correctly. But when i try to generete, I receive the error.

I am using Revit 2025.4 and the language is Italian.

I tried to resolve the issue by following the guide published at this address:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Failed-to-Upload-M...

The problem seems exactly as described, but modifying the decimal symbol does not change the situation.

The computer is configured according to the article, and in fact, when opening spreadsheet files, the point is used instead comma.

Despite this, I noticed that when I'm setting the location, the coordinates of the weather stations still use a comma as the decimal separator.

Could this be the problem? How can it be corrected?

I noticed there was an issue with using international locations. I tried changing the location to New York, but the problem persists

Thank you

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to Insight team.
It would be helpful as a preliminary investigation to please try to launch Revit in English / US and let us know if the issue persists.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hello @Haseeb_Hanan ,

Did you try to switch the language to English? Did the issue still persist?

If yes, are you able to provide more information or send us the model to help investigate the issue?

Looking forward to your reply.
