Hi, I recently sent my Revit model for Energy Analysis to Autodesk Insight. However, even though Insight received my Revit model, I did not get the confirmation email that the analysis was complete. It has been more than 30 minutes since I sent it. What do you think I should do?

As a general information, it sometimes can take longer for complex models to perform the analysis and send the results.
In this case however, I looked at the model attached and it seems like this may not be the case.
Have you tried accessing the web page directly? Try opening https://insight.autodesk.com/ and look for your model directly and see if the analysis was completed.
Otherwise, just try sending the analysis again.

You can find a step-by-step guide on how to install it in this link in case your RVT version does not contain the add-on.
