GBS | Base Run Construction differ of Revit energy settings

Hello everyone,

I saw some question similar to this one, however still don't get it.

I assigned in advanced energy settings in the material thermal properties the specific U-values and materials that I wanted to be consider. However, when I go to base run construction assumption random U-values are assigned to the elements.

I did some experimentation and even override the conceptual types of the exterior wall and floors that was being wrongly consider. However, GBS still are assuming other U-values. Someone can help me understand, please?

It is a simple 3 floor building and there is only the envelope and interior floors.

What is this set to? Is it checked or not?

If this is checked then the actual construction types in the model will be used.
