Which Revit version are you using? Is there a chance you can share your model?

Can you try to run your model in Insight Carbon Analysis and not Insight/GBS? You should launch the analysis from the button I highlighted in the screenshot.

Thank you for your help. Actually, I think it’s a modeling issue, and all of this could have been resolved by making a few adjustments directly to the model.

Hi @maha_ghali  !! I had the same problem. I received that notification in my email stating that the model couldn't be processed. Were you able to solve it? Or what was the error in the model that you mentioned? I want to check if it's the same issue with my model.
