Upgrading models
When you install a new version of InfraWorks 360, you’ll see an orange alert on the Home model tile. When you hover, you’ll see a tooltip that the model was created with an older version of InfraWorks 360 and needs to be upgraded to match your new installation.
Local models upgrade locally
If this is a local model (with the home icon), when you click on the tile you’ll see the usual message window to upgrade the model or a copy of the model. This works the same way you were used to in the past, but it upgrades only local models.
Note: If you open an older model using the Open button and navigate to the model via Windows Explorer, it will use this same local upgrade workflow. The model (even if it’s a cloud-connected model) will be upgraded locally and disconnected from the cloud.
