Hey! As of now, InfraWorks doesn't natively support reading Civil View (*.vsp3d) files directly. Those files are typically used within 3ds Max Civil View workflows, so you’d usually need to export your InfraWorks model into a format like FBX or OBJ, then bring that into 3ds Max instead.
