Create, edit and shaping Coverage Areas using dimensions

It will be very useful if we have the ability to use the dimensions on the coverage areas to edit them. If we can cycle through them using the Tab key to type the actual desired size like we can do in AutoCAD.

I fact, this drawing capability should include some basic snapping functions.

This idea already exists. Do not propagate them. It is better to vote by reference. Otherwise, none of the ideas will gain a lot of votes.
