Allow deleting manually created extend feature in Edit Extend Schema in InfraWorks
Once extend feature in Extend Schema editor is created, InfraWorks inform users that "Extend schema will be saved and cannot be changed after model reload."
Consider allowing deletion of manually created extend features in case users made a mistake or don't want to have it in the model anymore.
