Adjust Grading and land/coverage areas

I have one situation, i need show for my architecture a study of elevations for land areas but that´s happens:

All of point are in the same level.

I know that now it´s not possible but I tried to use grading with slope 1:10000000000 (run:rise) with 0.1m of height but the minimum of height is 1m. I tried this to interpolate theses areas.

I would like this tool with 0.1m or until 0.1m and slope above for solve this case.
