Welcome Miguel! These forums are a good start, YouTube has great content as well. Here is a LINK to my reseller's playlist which has how-to videos on it. The basics of it are quite simple, but it does get a little more complex as you go along.
The software comes with a couple examples, you can open those and experiment with navigation and the interface. Then use Model Builder and have fun! Soon you'll be wanting to use it on all your projects. Good luck!
