I believe this is more applicable to Revit Files. These levels are basically what guide 3D modelling like a limit to extrude objects: https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2024/ENU/?guid=GUID-54EDD889-9AEA-40B5-BD60-FC2F860DF95D.
