Unable to Open Model

I am new to Infraworks and i am encountering a problem when trying to import a model from civil 3D.I have attached a screenshot of the error.Any solutions?

Hi @Anonymous ,

how do you import the Civil 3D model?
The screenshot shows an InfraWorks started in Viewer Mode - means no license can be found.

To import a Civil 3D DWG you need to create/open a model and import as data source.
