Student Account - Activation Issue

I have been trying to access Infraworks for a project in school and after signing in, in the program, it just puts me in viewer mode and I am unable to create a model. I have redownloaded the program a few times and it continues to say that my trial has expired and not give me a place to put in the serial key given by Autodesk. Nothing changes if I sign in, close the program, sign in again, close the program... and whatever else it keeps telling me to do. There is not an option in my Autodesk account to 'manage' downloads or put a key anywhere. How can I get Infraworks to recognize my student access key and allow me to create a model?

Did you login to Infraworks here with your Autodesk account?

To first ativation you must did it

If there were no license window at first start I can advice you reset status of your license 

Try use Option 4 here and after that again login with your account after start Infraworks

Hopefully this post will help, student licenses aren't currently supported for IW 2020.1, you'll need to use 2020.0.
