Stuck in opening infraworks

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with Autodesk InfraWorks 2025. When I launch the application, it opens but gets stuck indefinitely on the "Initialising..." screen. (Please see the attached screenshot).

I have waited for a long time, but the application does not proceed past this stage.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
