Stiffeners in steel girders ?

Hello there, I'm trying to import an girder with stiffeners from Inventor to Infraworks, such a simple thing is giving such big troubles, because first, I couldnt make It importing as an Extruded girder because the stiffeners were not being imported. As an 3D girder It is being placed with the wrong orientation, as shown in the image. I already set my Z axis right in the Inventor and tried rotating the model in the Infraworks importing window, but nothing worked.

I actually made It, but now I'm having trouble setting right where is the beginning of the girder, as shown in the image below. Can someone explain to me how the coordinate system is set in infraworks? Like, how It places an girder imported from Inventor? 

Ps: I tried to place my origin on the beginning of the girder in Inventor, but that didnt work.
